Director Fire & Security Service Growth Europe
Shape the Future of Service Growth Across Europe
Join Johnson Controls and play a key role in accelerating service growth across our Fire & Security business in Europe. As Director (m/f/d) Fire & Security Service Growth Europe, you will drive strategic initiatives and sales campaigns that expand recurring and non-recurring service revenues, strengthen customer relationships, and enable sustainable business growth across multiple countries and business lines.
Working closely with senior leaders, service organizations, sales and marketing teams, you will transform growth opportunities into measurable business results.
What You Will Do
- Lead and execute the European service growth strategy for recurring and non-recurring service business.
- Drive service sales performance and support country teams in achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Deploy and drive service sales campaigns, lifecycle value propositions, and customer-focused growth programs.
- Partner with service operations leadership to establish scalable models for continuous revenue generation.
- Leverage CRM and digital sales tools to improve pipeline management and sales effectiveness.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Collaborate with marketing, service, and lead generation teams to increase pipeline creation and conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead training and enablement initiatives to strengthen product knowledge, sales capabilities, and customer engagement.
- Act as the European subject matter expert and key stakeholder for service growth programs and deployments.

What We Are Looking For
- University degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA is an advantage.
- More than 10 years of experience within a service-focused business environment.
- Proven success in driving commercial growth and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of service business models, sales excellence, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives across multiple countries and functions.
- Passion for customer success, continuous improvement, and business transformation.
