Job Overview
The Director – Fleet Care is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering Stellantis UK's Fleet Care and Uptime strategy. Leading a high-performing team, you will drive customer experience, operational excellence, service performance, and strategic transformation across our passenger car and commercial vehicle fleet operations. A key part of the role is ensuring fleet customers receive outstanding support while maximising vehicle availability and service efficiency. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the UK and Europe, influencing strategy, improving customer journeys, and developing innovative solutions that strengthen Stellantis' position in the fleet market.
This is a highly visible role requiring a strategic leader who can combine long-term vision with strong operational execution, bringing together multiple stakeholders, teams, and partners to deliver exceptional results.

You are likely to bring:
- Degree-level education desirable.
- Significant senior leadership experience within a complex, matrix-led organisation.
- Strong background in customer experience, aftersales, fleet operations, service delivery, or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale operational change and transformation programmes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and external partners.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.
- A data-led approach to decision-making and performance improvement.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management and regulated industry experience would be advantageous.
Job Deliverables:
- Lead and evolve the UK Fleet Care and Uptime strategy, ensuring a market-leading customer experience for fleet customers.
- Provide strategic leadership of new programmes focused on reducing downtime, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the critical link between Fleet Sales and Aftersales, driving cross-functional alignment to deliver an exceptional fleet customer experience and maximise long-term customer value.
- Develop and implement operating models, service standards, and governance frameworks that support operational excellence.
- Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, and vehicle uptime performance across all Stellantis brands.
- Build strong partnerships with dealer networks, suppliers, fleet customers, and internal business functions.
- Use customer insight, operational data, and performance trends to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable improvements.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Fleet Care and customer support organisation.
- Collaborate with UK, European, and global stakeholders to shape future fleet care solutions and influence best practice.
- Ensure effective governance, compliance, and risk management across all areas of responsibility.
- Champion a customer-centric culture that delivers measurable business and customer outcomes.
