Job Introduction
Salary for this role is £131,538 (pro rata for part-time colleagues)

About the Role

We are looking for our next Director for Adult Social Care and statutory Director of Adult Social Services (DASS) to provide energetic, values-led leadership across adult social care, safeguarding, integrated working, commissioning, and service transformation.
This is a role for a collaborative and politically astute leader who understands that sustainable improvement comes through strong relationships, collective ownership, and genuine partnership working.
At BCP Council, supporting adults to live healthy, independent, and connected lives is a collective responsibility, embedded across the organisation and delivered alongside our health, voluntary, community, and provider partners. As Director for Adult Social Care, you will play an integral part in shaping the vision, direction, and performance of the whole organisation, whilst ensuring we continue to meet our statutory responsibilities and deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
