Overview We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives within retail banking for a consulting organisation. This role sits at the intersection of business change and complex technology delivery, working with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes across multiple workstreams.
We are looking for an experienced Director-level Technology Consultant to lead complex technology transformation engagements across Financial Services. The successful candidate will combine strong consulting expertise with a proven track record in sales, business development and growing client accounts.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading client engagements
- Shaping technology strategy
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing large-scale transformation programmes
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
You will be expected to:
- Originate sales
- Develop propositions
- Build pipelines
- Lead RFPs/tenders
- Drive revenue growth across existing and new clients

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a technology consultancy or professional services environment, with a strong network of senior Financial Services contacts and a demonstrable track record of winning and delivering consulting engagements. Experience across Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Architecture, Operating Model or Technology Risk is desirable, alongside strong C-suite engagement and team leadership skills.
