We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role is located in London.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead by example in system design, code quality and agile development to engineer scalable and performant solutions across the full software lifecycle
- Leverage AI to its full capability to accelerate innovation and solution delivery and promote a culture of AI lead development
- Collaborate in small cross-functional agile teams of talented individuals comprising of skilled product managers, traders, sales teams and fellow technologists all of whom put the client at the heart of everything they do
- Drive continuous improvement within the team - we value relentless curiosity and a growth mindset
- Work with Product Managers to devise and deliver new innovative FX products
- Provide mentorship and guidance across the team, fostering professional growth and technical development

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Extensive years of experience in development
- Batchelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field
- Experience in building mission critical systems, ideally in financial institutions
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
- A results-driven personality
- A passion for changing the status quo, driving out-of-the-box thinking. Ability to adapt and lead through change
- Prior experience of Front office trading systems
- Low latency trading experience
- Co-location Infrastructure knowledge
- Experience working with high performance messaging systems
- Hands on development with FIX APIs
