Director - Fund Finance
Interpath Advisory is seeking a Director to support and foster growth in its newly formed fund finance business. The team aspires to become a market-leading fund finance debt advisory advisor, working with a range of fund finance clients.
In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in fund finance to provide strategic advice to funds on capital advisory and financing solutions. You will lead complex transactions, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the fund finance sector.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage fund finance advisory engagements from inception to completion, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on all aspects of fund finance markets.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the fund finance sector, providing insights to clients to inform their investment decisions.
- Create and present compelling pitch materials, investment memorandums, and financial models to support client engagements and business development efforts.
- Guide junior team members, providing mentorship and support to foster their professional development and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities, ensuring comprehensive service delivery to clients.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in fund finance markets, contributing to the growth and expansion of the firm's advisory services.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in fund finance markets, with a strong focus on origination and transaction execution.
- Demonstrated experience in executing fund finance transactions and proven success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in using technology platforms and tools for market analysis and financial modelling.
- A collaborative mindset with strong leadership skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A well-established network of contacts within the fund finance sector.
- An in-depth understanding of market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory environments affecting fund finance transactions.
