My Client, a well known International bank in the City, seeks a Director level Fund Finance professional (either from a bank, Big 4, Fund or Legal background) to join their wider Funds business in London.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the Managing Director in developing and maintaining a portfolio of Private Equity and Venture Capital clients.
- Provide senior oversight across a portfolio of clients, and be the escalation point for VPs and other team members on more complex credit and legal issues.
- Assist junior members of the team, providing guidance, management, and training on all aspects of the Debt Finance role.
- Act as lead in managing end-to-end execution and maintenance of Fund Finance facilities for more high profile clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service, in particular Origination and Coverage.
- Act on cross sell leads to improve the client experience and expand product offering to key clients.

Requirements

- Must have very strong Fund Finance experience, with relevant credit, structuring, and legal documentation experience.
- Knowledge of FX, and typical structures used in the Fund Finance market, at both the Fund and Manager level.
- Must be proficient with Excel and CRM systems.
- Experience running multiple workflows across a fast moving portfolio, and adept at managing deadlines and delegation.
- Ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the VC/PE industry and underlying finance solutions.
