The Role & Team
As Director, Business Development – Global, you will lead Infovista’s global Business Development and Demand Generation function. You will define the operating model, qualification standards, performance cadence, and cross-functional feedback loops that turn market, product, account, and customer signals into qualified sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Define the global Business Development and Demand Generation strategy, annual priorities, go-to-market motions, and operating cadence.
- Lead global team planning, capacity management, coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing capability development.
- Own the end-to-end funnel KPI framework, CRM data quality, scorecards, and executive reporting.
- Standardize lead qualification gates, sales-ready opportunity handoffs, and disposition discipline.
- Align Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Renewals, and Professional Services on lead-source quality, conversion feedback.
- Sponsor global playbook adoption, continuous improvement, and repeatable lead-to-pipeline processes, adapting execution where required by market or segment.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Business Development, Demand Generation, Revenue Development, or a comparable pipeline-generation function.
- Strong command of CRM systems, funnel analytics, KPI governance, executive reporting, and lead-management discipline.
- Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and customer-facing functions.
- Experience converting product, account, customer, and market signals into measurable pipeline actions.
- Familiarity with telecom, network software, or related B2B technology markets is preferred.
Success Measures
- Growth in qualified leads and sales-ready opportunities accepted by Sales.
- Improved progression and conversion from market, product, account, and customer signals to sales pipeline.
- Consistent CRM data quality, qualification standards, handoff compliance, and closed-loop feedback across regions.
