Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director to join and drive the transformation activities of our Global Payroll Operate team. In this pivotal role, you will lead global transformation activities, large client global implementations, optimize operational delivery, and ensure tax and mobility compliance for our prestigious multinational clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Global Leadership: Lead and oversee global payroll operations, technology implementations, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization that drives efficiency.
  • Strategic Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring strategic alignment with client goals.
  • Alliance Relationship Management: Manage the global relationship for our high profile Alliance partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations, guaranteeing data accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with our rigorous KPIs and SLAs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement innovative process improvements, automation opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Data Integrity: Conduct thorough data validations and reconciliation analyses to ensure accuracy in global payroll reporting, safeguarding our clients’ interests.
  • Tailored Solutions: Manage client-specific payroll operations, cost tracking, and vendor turnaround times, ensuring customized solutions that meet unique client needs.
  • Compliance Expertise: Support year-end reporting, compensation summaries, and compliance documentation, providing clients with peace of mind in a complex regulatory landscape.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to develop actionable insights that drive decision-making for mobility programs, empowering clients to make informed choices.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop junior and managerial team members in a multi-geographic hybrid structure, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Business Development Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to drive business development, service expansion, and operational excellence, contributing to our overall success.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in global payroll, mobility, or expatriate tax.
  • 8–10 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in leading global payroll implementations and managing high-profile client relationships.
  • Experience working with complex compensation datasets and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, change management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and influence key stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data analytics, and project management tools.
