Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large dynamic global technology company in a senior tax role reporting directly to the Group Head of Tax.
Arm designs the technology that lies at the heart of advanced digital products, from wireless, networking and consumer entertainment solutions to imaging, automotive, security and storage devices. Following a successful IPO on NASDAQ in September 2023, the tax reporting requirements of the Arm Group have increased significantly and Arm’s Tax function is now seeking an experienced Tax Reporting Director to take the lead on this key workstream.
The group has grown significantly in recent years with revenues for the FY23 financial year of $3.2bn and generating underlying profits after tax of $306mn. The group employs over 7,000 people worldwide and has operations in several countries, most notable UK, US, India, France, Norway, Sweden, Israel, Germany, Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
We are looking for an experienced Tax reporting director, who enjoys working collaboratively with tax and finance colleagues, in the UK and overseas, and external auditors.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
