Lead the marketing engine behind a fast scaling European partner and MSP ecosystem.

We're working with a mid-market cybersecurity company, known as one of Europe's leading independent alternatives in the space, spanning EMEA, APAC and Japan. Since a recent change in commercial leadership, the business has rebuilt its go to market model, returned to profitability, and delivered double digit ARR growth in several key European markets. Backed by private equity following a recent buyout, the company is now investing heavily in the team that will scale its channel and MSP motion further.

The Opportunity:

  • Own the field and channel marketing strategy across European markets, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Lead a senior team of 5, spanning GTM Marketing Managers across Europe, a Global Events Manager, and a Partner Growth and Community Manager
  • Drive marketing's contribution to qualified partner pipeline across all GTM motions
  • Oversee the global events programme and field campaigns, managing budget and reporting ROI across all activity
  • Build and sustain a high engagement MSP partner community that deepens relationships and drives commercial outcomes
  • Partner closely with Partner Acquisition, Partner Growth, Distribution, Sales Excellence, and Product and Brand Marketing to keep field marketing fully integrated with the wider GTM strategy

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
