Job Summary
Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets. Builds recommendations to improve business unit effectiveness. May develop methods for measuring effectiveness of business unit work. Defines or contributes to analytics strategy. Works to ensure global consistency in data and analytic methods. Works to make data available and increase employees' capability to interpret and use data and analytics tools effectively. May partner with other professionals to develop, assess, facilitate and/or lead programs and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation.
Responsibilities
- Sets the strategy and direction for GTM analytics, insights, and reporting, defining how the organization measures performance and where analytics investment delivers the greatest business impact.
- Serves as a strategic partner to senior executives and client groups across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT — shaping the questions that matter, surfacing emerging business problems, and influencing decisions at the C-suite level.
- Equips leaders with the data, forecasting, and predictive and prescriptive insights they need to make critical business decisions, while owning the integrity and global consistency of the data definitions those decisions rest on.
- Leads, mentors, and scales a high-performing analytics team, evolving its capability from reporting to insight generation and raising data fluency across the business.
Analytics Strategy and Thought Leadership
- Drives strategy and direction for analytics and analytics priorities, ensuring alignment with business needs and EDNA commitment.
- Brings value to each ask and drives strategy and forward-thinking analytics that would have a stronger business impact. Provides support and development for Analysts and Senior Analysts.
- Stays connected with developments in GTM analytics in external markets and suppliers.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Builds relationships and partners with stakeholders (i.e. IT, Finance, senior executive business leaders) to understand requests, make recommendations, implement solutions, and influence decisions. Coaches client groups to present data and insights to business leaders for better adoption and use of insights.
- Consults with senior executives and external subject matter experts to unearth emerging business problems requiring instrumentation.
- Leads prioritisation of asks for support from EDNA teams.

Data Definitions & Integrity
- Drives evolution of current data definitions with key stakeholders (including global and regional functional leads, Finance, EDNA and other functions) for GTM owned measures.
- Proactively identifies key emerging business metrics needed to adapt to evolution of business and strategy.
- Coordinates with the MDM and business to fix identified data integrity and inconsistency issues, recommending and implementing areas of improvement.
Reporting, Analytics and Insights: Evolution and Development
- Ensures delivery maintenance and optimization of key recurring CRO reporting, leveraging available DIO technology to optimise efficacy for recipients in line with their use case for the data.
- Delivers analytical insights on business performance, identify key trends and inputs for regular and ad-hoc deliverables.
- Leads activities to proactively build insights from highly complex multiple analytics platforms and data mining exercises to make recommendations to optimise business outcomes. This should include advanced predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Build and evolve skills mix in team over time from reporting to insights capabilities.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in analytics, GTM/revenue operations, or BI, including senior leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Track record leading and scaling an analytics function — team, process, and tooling.
- Deep knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success data and how it drives revenue.
- Hands-on fluency with BI/data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms.
- Experience building forecasting models and predictive/prescriptive analytics for executives.
- Executive-grade communication; track record influencing C-suite/E-staff audiences.
Targeted Pay Range
- United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI: 177,000 - 265,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
