Position Overview:
The Director at Basis Health holds a pivotal role in leading large-scale client engagements and shaping the strategic direction of the firm. Positioned between the Senior Manager and Senior Director, the Director is responsible for managing high-profile client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of insights-driven strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior leadership, and play a key role in business development, ensuring that Basis Health continues to provide innovative solutions to the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of multiple high-impact client projects, ensuring they meet the firm’s standards for excellence.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to both internal teams and clients, driving innovative solutions.
- Work closely with Senior Directors and executive leadership to shape and implement business development strategies that drive growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Play an active role in shaping the future direction of the firm by identifying industry trends, growth opportunities, and areas for innovation.
- Ensure projects are aligned with Basis Health’s mission to deliver insights-driven strategies in the life sciences sector.
