Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Director to establish and grow Savills' Hotel Operator Selection and Advisory offering across the UK. Working within the Hotels team and wider Operational Capital Markets platform, you will advise hotel owners, developers, investors and lenders on operator procurement, brand strategy, management agreement negotiations and asset positioning, helping clients maximise value across the hotel lifecycle.
This is a unique opportunity to become a recognised industry expert within a leading hospitality advisory business. Working across acquisitions, developments, refinancings and disposals, you will provide strategic advice on complex hotel and operational real estate assignments, delivering value to institutional, private equity and owner-operator clients.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for originating and securing new business opportunities, leading hotel operator and brand selection mandates, overseeing transaction delivery and developing long-term client relationships across the UK hotel market. Working closely with colleagues across Capital Markets, Valuation, Development Consultancy and Debt Advisory, you will play a key role in delivering integrated client solutions.

The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of the hotel real estate and investment market, a proven track record in business development and transaction execution, and the credibility to advise senior stakeholders on complex strategic decisions. You will also contribute to market thought leadership, support business planning initiatives and mentor junior team members within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

The Hotels team combines hotel market expertise with capital markets, corporate finance and debt advisory capabilities, providing clients with market-leading transactional, consultancy and financing advice across the UK and EMEA.
