Role Overview
What does a Director, HRBP do?
The Director, HR Business Partner (EMEA) is a senior strategic leader who partners with regional commercial leadership to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies. This role sits at the heart of business decision-making, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership capability across a complex, multi-country environment.
By combining strong commercial acumen with deep HR expertise, the Director, HRBP shapes organizational design, builds leadership pipelines, and leads transformation initiatives that accelerate growth and improve performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role leverages data-driven insights to influence decisions, mitigate workforce risks, and ensure the organization is equipped with the capabilities needed for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior commercial leaders to align business and people strategies across EMEA
- Lead organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning initiatives
- Build and strengthen leadership pipelines, succession plans, and talent strategies
- Drive large-scale transformation and change programs (e.g., digital, commercial, organizational)
- Use workforce analytics and insights to influence strategic decisions and improve performance
- Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion
- Guide leaders through employee relations, risk management, and compliance in a multi-country environment
- Collaborate across HR, Finance, and business teams to optimize workforce investment and outcomes
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect people strategy to P&L outcomes
- Proven track record in organizational transformation and change leadership
- Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Ability to influence and coach senior leaders with credibility and impact
- Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive decisions and outcomes
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures (EMEA preferred)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
