Head of HRIS – SAP SuccessFactors
Location: West London – Hybrid
Salary: £80,000 + Package
An exciting opportunity to join a leading global drinks business, taking ownership of its HR technology landscape and playing a key role in how SAP SuccessFactors supports the wider organisation.
We're looking for a Head of HRIS who can bring together technical expertise, strategic thinking and a genuine understanding of how HR technology can improve the way a business operates.
This is more than a platform support role. You'll have ownership of SuccessFactors, from its technical architecture and ongoing development through to translating business requirements into practical solutions that deliver real value.
Reporting directly to a VP, you'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of HR technology within a fast-paced, international consumer business.
The role
You'll take responsibility for the end-to-end ownership, support and development of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the platform continues to evolve alongside the needs of the business.
Working closely with HR, IT and external technology partners, including EPI-USE, you'll be responsible for making sure technical solutions are well considered, effectively implemented and genuinely improve the employee and business experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Owning the SAP SuccessFactors platform, including its architecture, functionality, support and ongoing development.
- Translating business objectives and HR requirements into scalable, effective HRIS solutions.
- Providing technical direction across SuccessFactors, ensuring system capabilities align with wider business priorities.
- Managing relationships with external implementation and support partners, including EPI-USE.
- Taking ownership of technical challenges, identifying root causes and delivering sustainable solutions.
- Working closely with HR and wider business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge where appropriate and recommend improvements.
- Overseeing system enhancements, changes and implementations, ensuring solutions are properly designed, tested and adopted.
- Managing and developing an HRIS Analyst, providing technical guidance and supporting their continued development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who understands SAP SuccessFactors beyond its day-to-day functionality and can take genuine ownership of the platform from both a technical and business perspective.
You might already be leading an HRIS function or working in a senior HRIS, SuccessFactors or HR Technology position and looking for the opportunity to take on broader ownership.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience, with a solid understanding of platform architecture, configuration and functionality.
- Experience supporting and developing HRIS platforms, ideally with exposure to end-to-end system ownership.
- The ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Experience working with external technology partners, consultants or implementation providers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges, take ownership and deliver well-considered solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across HR, IT and senior leadership.
- A collaborative approach to leadership, with the ability to support and develop others.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Beyond technical capability, team fit and approach are particularly important.
We want someone who takes pride in their work, understands the impact technology has on the people using it and genuinely cares about delivering solutions that work for the business.
You'll have direct exposure to senior technology leadership, the support of an established external partner and the opportunity to shape how SuccessFactors is developed and utilised across the business.
For someone who enjoys the combination of technical architecture, business partnering and problem-solving, this offers the chance to make a meaningful impact rather than simply maintaining an existing system.
