In this role, you will serve as a recognized subject-matter expert on the life sciences ecosystem, with a primary focus on commercial pharma. You will drive implementation success, strategic insights, and delivery velocity across both internal consulting and partner ecosystem programs. Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture & Accelerator Delivery
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to map customer business journeys against product capabilities.
- Map key user personas (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Service Representatives) to product features, defining reusable templates and business process frameworks to scale implementations.
- Guide product development teams in building usable, adoptable industry accelerators and delivery artifacts, tracking their adoption across internal and partner-led programs.
- Identify and formally escalate product capability gaps based on real-world customer business requirements.
- Customer Advisory & Value Realization
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level customer executives, guiding stakeholders toward modern approaches that maximize business value while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Business Value Services (value-engineering) to build ROI narratives and post-implementation measurement frameworks to evaluate customer outcomes.
- Utilize post-implementation evaluation metrics to inform and influence the long-term product roadmap.
- Ecosystem Enablement & GTM Alignment
- Coach partner consultants and internal services teams on industry best practices and implementation methodologies.
- Partner with Product Marketing to shape industry-specific value propositions, sales enablement assets, and GTM playbooks.
- Own executive reporting on implementation velocity, accelerator adoption, and delivery insights across internal and partner programs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
