About this Role
The Guidewire Programme Director position requires an experienced professional with an established track record in the Insurance sector, including the directing of complex programme portfolios.
The focus will be on complex multi-year programmes implementing Guidewire Core platforms, with a preference for expertise in Guidewire Cloud versions. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of core Guidewire applications, such as ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter, to lead and manage essential projects within the insurance sector.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Proactively engage with team members and clients
- Mentorship and leadership of team members
- Communicate client needs and potential conflicts clearly
- Manage project planning, budgeting, and administration
- Lead workstreams for successful engagement completion
- Collaborate with business development on proposals
- Present to senior executives and develop strong client relationships

This Role is for You If
- You have expertise in IT strategy and transformation, specifically for the insurance sector (Guidewire)
- You have a strong background in financial services and insurance industries
- You excel at understanding and addressing client needs
- You can communicate effectively and build lasting relationships
- You can manage priorities and successfully lead projects
- You demonstrate leadership in direct consulting and project management
- Possess Certification(s) in Guidewire and Scrum Master
- A Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
