DIRECTOR - Intensive Community Support (ICS)
Position located in Bedford, MA

What You Will Do:
The ICS Director position is an innovative community-based step-down program to assist MH consumers in transitioning successfully from the hospital to community living. Primary responsibilities include managing the clinical and administrative operations of multidisciplinary team and respite component. Other responsibilities include intake/assessment, treatment planning, implementation and documentation, therapy, outreach, support, linkage and case coordination as part of the interdisciplinary team; after hour on-call responsibility.
Who You Are:
- Masters degree in relevant clinical field.
- Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts required (LCSW, LICSW or LMHC).
- Minimum of two year clinical experience working with persons diagnosed with mental illnesses required.
- Supervisory experience required.
- First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire required.
- Valid driver’s license required.

A dedicated team of professionals who have chosen to join an organization with a forty year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism in the community. When we’re not at work, we love to hike, bike, craft, read, shop and sing opera, among many other things! Our staff of 350 have a range of interests and skills and we know you do too! At work, we are psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certified behavior analysts, direct service staff and employment specialists.
