This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of strategically important trading technology while working directly with senior business and technology stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Lead architectural design and implementation across the electronic trading stack
  • Build high-performance, resilient Java solutions for order ingestion, routing, and execution
  • Partner directly with FX trading and product teams
  • Drive automated testing and test-driven development
  • Research and implement performance optimization techniques
  • Produce clear technical documentation and technology roadmaps

What you'll bring:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Core Java
  • Strong experience building order management or order-routing systems
  • Electronic trading experience across FX, Rates, Equities, or Listed Derivatives
  • Experience designing fault-tolerant transaction-processing architectures
  • Strong understanding of multithreading and Java performance optimization
  • Experience with low-latency or no-GC Java development would be advantageous
  • Strong test-driven development and software engineering practices
