Job Description

Visa Commercial Solutions is one of Visa's fastest growing businesses, helping financial institutions, fintech's and corporates transform the way they pay and get paid.

This role is responsible for leading the Large & Middle Market (LMM) business across Europe, driving sales performance, revenue growth and market expansion across one of Visa's most important commercial segments. The successful candidate will work closely with market teams, financial institutions, strategic partners and internal stakeholders to accelerate adoption of Visa Commercial Solutions capabilities and unlock new growth opportunities across the European B2B payments ecosystem.

This is a senior business development and sales leadership role, requiring an individual who can combine strategic thinking with strong commercial execution, build executive relationships, influence decision making across a complex organization and deliver measurable business results across multiple markets.

What we expect of you, day to day

  • Lead the growth of the Large & Middle Market business across Europe, driving revenue, payment volume and client expansion through effective business development, sales execution and market engagement.
  • Partner closely with market sales teams, account executives and clients to identify, develop and execute opportunities that accelerate growth, deepen client relationships and increase adoption of Visa Commercial Solutions capabilities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the commercial payments landscape across Europe and use market insight, customer trends and competitive intelligence to shape growth strategies, prioritise opportunities and support market execution.
  • Work with Product, Partnerships, Solution Sales and other cross-functional teams to bring new solutions to market, unlock new payment flows and ensure Visa continues to meet the evolving needs of financial institutions and their clients.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key clients, partners and industry stakeholders, positioning Visa as a trusted commercial partner and supporting executive-level engagement across the region.
  • Drive sales excellence through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, performance governance and the development of scalable go-to-market approaches that can be leveraged consistently across European markets.
  • Support and enable client-facing teams through thought leadership, coaching and the sharing of best practices, helping to build a high-performance sales culture focused on client success, collaboration and commercial outcomes.
  • Represent Visa externally through client engagements, industry events and strategic forums, strengthening Visa's position as a leader in commercial payments and business-to-business commerce.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
