Director - Lease Consultancy - Birmingham

£Six Figure package +++

Our client is an international, Private Equity backed specialist consultancy who are enjoying an acquisitive spell of M&A growth currently.

They currently act for 40,000 clients on the occupier side and have a team of business development executives providing an unrivalled work flow of lease consultancy instructions to their team of 10 specialists across the UK.

Working as part of a team providing expert advice on landlord and tenant matters, including lease events (rent reviews, lease renewals, break options) and technical interpretation of lease terms. The role of Director requires a solid understanding of property law principles, valuation methodologies, and market dynamics to deliver strategic solutions for clients.

The role includes research, analysis, and interpretation of lease documentation, comparable evidence, and market data to support negotiations and advisory work. You will lead in managing client portfolios, ensuring compliance with lease obligations, and optimizing outcomes for both landlords and tenants. The role also involves monitoring critical dates, preparing reports, and supporting dispute resolution processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
