Synopsis
We are looking for an experienced operational and commercial leader to help scale Attachment's Live division. This role will lead the day to day running of the division, ensuring exceptional delivery, developing a high-performing team and building the systems, processes and capability needed to support our next phase of growth.
Introduction
Attachment is the world's largest independent talent, entertainment and culture agency. We connect brands to the right talent, from global music icons to Hollywood A-listers to next-gen creators and cultural opinion leaders, helping them stay relevant in an evolving audience landscape.
Headquartered in London with offices in New York and Dubai, we work with some of the world's most exciting brands including Google, Snapchat, Netflix and Sky Sports, alongside a growing portfolio of private clients.
Attachment was founded on a simple principle: deliver exceptional talent experiences with unrivalled service. Unlike many agencies, we don't represent talent ourselves. Our independent approach allows us to source the best possible talent for every brief, making the process simple, fast and enjoyable for our clients.
The Opportunity
As Director, Live Operations, you’ll lead the operational success of the Live division, partnering with the Co-Founder to build the capability, systems and team required for its next phase of growth. You’ll balance unrivalled client service with operational excellence and commercial performance, ensuring the division is set up to scale sustainably.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
