Role:
Originate, lead and manage M&A transactions, “cradle to the grave”
- Develop a through understanding of the client’s requirements, working with them to develop the best approach
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure that work is properly executed at all times
- Identify and anticipate risks that require escalation
- Play a key role is all origination efforts by identifying and analysing business development opportunities
- Communicate effectively internally, keeping relevant stakeholders informed of deal progress and risks
- Actively strengthen external relationships to broaden your network and contribute to origination efforts
- Actively mentor and develop more junior members of the team

Candidate:
- Proven track record of working beginning to end on M&A transactions in the Irish and/or UK market is essential - Belfast / Dublin / London
- Strong BD focus
- High level of commercial acumen
- Proficient in detailed financial and commercial analysis and the ability to identify potential areas of sensitivity
- Excellent communicator, both written and oral
- Strong leadership capability
