Connect to Your Role
As a Director within our TMO team, you will lead high-profile transactions, including IPOs, demergers, fundraisings, and public and private M&A across diverse industries.
Your role will involve advising clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from initial set-up and mobilisation through to planning, execution, and completion.
- Lead the TMO team in delivering critical transaction programmes
- Manage key processes
- Coordinate stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure successful outcomes, reduce risk, and safeguard value
This is a leadership position where you will:
- Mentor teams
- Drive business development
- Contribute to the growth of our TMO practice

Connect to Your Experience
We are seeking an individual with an excellent programme management skillset and a proven track record of delivering projects in complex, high-pressure client-facing environments. You will possess deep expertise in ECM and M&A transactions, ideally gained in investment banking, corporate advisory, transaction services, or a listed-company setting.
- Strong understanding of the key stages of deal execution, listing rules, and market practice
- Adept at stakeholder management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex transaction issues for senior audiences
- Ability to lead, advise, and manage high-performing teams
