The Company

G3 is a market leader in the intelligence and investigations sector. It is one the largest human-source-focused intelligence firm headquartered in the UK and holds a leading position in most major financial and legal hubs worldwide.

G3’s intelligence offering helps C-suite, boards, legal and deal teams make the decisions that matter most to their organisations.

We work alongside clients, including many of the largest companies, law firms, and sovereign wealth and private equity funds, on many of the world's most significant corporate actions, advising on M&A, regulatory and policy matters, and senior appointments.

We also provide investigations and dispute advice, helping clients investigate fraud, support legal strategies and recover assets, alongside cyber advice to help defend against the prevailing threat environment.

Clients turn to G3 when they need a better understanding of a commercial risk, a regulatory environment or an executive team, and value the independence and discretion of our work.

G3 has been established for over 25 years, has a diverse and talented team across its office hubs, and is supported by Senior Advisers, including former heads of the US, UK, and Australian intelligence services, former Chairs of global banks, and former managing partners of law firms.

The Role

We are looking for a Director / Managing Director to lead and develop G3’s relationships with private equity, corporate M&A and legal clients.

The role sits within G3’s Business Development team and will focus on client coverage, business origination, and developing long-term relationships with private equity funds and their deal teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
