Director, Market Research Online Panels
Location: Remote, UK and Ireland
Are you an entrepreneurial sales leader ready to build something from the ground up?
Do you thrive in fast-paced Start-Up environments and have a passion for driving growth in the market research industry?
We are looking for our new Director to lead our expansion into the UK&I market. This is a unique opportunity to join a Start-Up online sample provider and play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in a key region while driving our global growth strategy.
As the Director you will:
- Establish Panelhub’s UK&I Presence: Be the first representative of Panelhub in the UK&I, building a strong foundation for our expansion and acting as a key leader in the market.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across the UK&I while supporting global initiatives.
- Build Relationships: Forge strong partnerships with clients, agencies, and industry stakeholders, positioning Panelhub as a trusted provider of online sample solutions.
- Develop the Market: Leverage your industry expertise and network to identify opportunities within the UK&I market and drive business development.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with regional teams in North America and APAC, as well as cross-functional departments such as product and marketing, to ensure alignment and share market insights.
- Lay the Foundations: As our first UK&I representative, set up processes, foster client trust, and deliver measurable results, paving the way for future team expansion.

What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record in sales leadership and experience in online panels, sample sales, or data collection services.
- A deep understanding of the UK&I market research landscape, with strong relationships among decision-makers at research agencies and enterprise clients.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a hands-on approach to driving business growth in a Start-up environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate Panelhub’s value proposition effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Independence, results-orientation, and the flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
