About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of EMEA Marketing to lead the marketing function across Europe. This role owns the EMEA marketing function end-to-end, partnering with global marketing leadership on shared standards while holding full accountability for regional strategy and results, reporting into our GM of EMEA. The Director will lead the EMEA marketing organization through a team of managers, each owning a discipline (demand gen, partner marketing, content), and will reconcile competing priorities across sales, product, corporate leadership, and global functional heads as the senior voice for EMEA.

Responsibilities
- Set and own EMEA marketing strategy, contributing directly to how the global function evaluates and refines its overall approach across regions
- Shape and set EMEA marketing strategy and methodology, contributing directly to how the global function evaluates and refines its overall approach across regions
- Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team; set performance expectations and foster talent development
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and traditional channels with close collaboration on regional execution of global campaigns
- Shape regional marketing methodology and priorities, influencing how global strategy itself is defined for EMEA and other regions
- Partner with the global product marketing team to localize messaging, positioning, and product strategies for key EMEA markets
- Partner with the global demand generation team to localize campaigns and strategies for key EMEA markets; ensure regional market fit and sales alignment
- Work with the global events team to ensure EMEA representation and participation; tailor global event strategies for regional relevance
- Drive lead generation and pipeline development in collaboration with regional sales teams
- Measure campaign performance and ROI through data analytics; provide regular reporting to leadership on regional performance health

Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibility across regional or global functions
- Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing regional/global marketing functions
- Strong expertise in B2B marketing (experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred)
- Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across functions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to challenge the “status-quo” and not be afraid to test new, bold ideas
