Overall Purpose of the Role
Develop regional Marketing & CRM strategy and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations across the EMEAI zone. Develop and deliver marketing strategies including CRM, partnerships, events, print, digital, and advertising that support the region's commercial and brand goals
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive all marketing activity across the varying operating models within the region including DOS retail, Franchise and Wholesale, ensuring we are delivering against Global Marketing Directives and local market requirements.
- Develop strategic and tailored marketing plans in order to support both the brand and commercial goals of the company and region.
- Create strategic plans to manage marketing operating budgets and allocation in conjunction with the relevant budget holders.
- Oversee development of CRM program tools and regional tactics.
- Work closely with CRM Manager to develop regional strategies, built with customer-centric findings and data.
- Oversee development of partnerships to elevate brand positioning and drive new client acquisition.
- Oversee development of special experiences & events strategy.
- Oversee media planning.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners including department stores, JV and Franchise partners.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all marketing activity, promotional materials, and events.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Share the Marketing & Communications strategy with franchise and JV PR teams to support, establish and increase brand awareness in local markets; providing press releases, strategy memo’s, celebrity images.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners to ensure that they in turn are fully aware of the brands Marketing strategy and that the brand is fully supported by the wholesale partner within their business to maximize exposure for the brand.
- Work closely with the regional PR teams in the respective markets to ensure a synergy between PR and Marketing strategies to best impact the respective markets.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate caliber individual.
- Advanced level Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with CRM systems would be an advantage.
- Multiple European Languages would be advantageous.
- The candidate must have significant previous experience working within a Luxury Fashion Company within a senior marketing role. To be able to show that they have been able to deliver against marketing strategies, manage and work within budgets, identify and develop innovative marketing strategies, strong awareness of retail and brand strategies and have proven track record of people management within their past roles.
- To have a solid understanding of CRM and database managements and to be able to contribute towards future CRM strategies and programs.
- To have had a solid marketing experience working in multiple countries and across regions and have a clear understanding of different cultures and the need to tailor marketing strategies in line with differing cultural and business needs.
- The ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent all-round Marketing and Brand Development to implement strategic projects.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work on more than one project at a time and to interface with different departments internally as well as externally. Budget management.
- Clear and precise presentation and project management skills.
- Creativity, imagination and strong awareness of the fashion and luxury goods sector.
- Precision, thoroughness, strategic analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure.
- Must have excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Must be able to represent the brand within the region.
- The ability to manage multiple and complex projects within tight timelines.
- The ability to articulate brand vision and marketing strategy in a way that will inspire and motivate a team and focus their energy on achieving business goals.
