A snapshot of the role...

  • Lead the planning and strategic direction for a key client account
  • Bring together specialist teams across the agency to create stand-out campaigns
  • Ensure different agency disciplines are working collaboratively towards a shared strategic direction
  • Manage lots of moving parts - clients, priorities, resources, and budgets
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, client growth and commercial performance
  • Translate market insights into clear strategic recommendations
  • Lead and develop the wider strategy / planning team, supporting performance and progression

What you’ll bring to the table...

  • Senior strategy, planning or client leadership experience within a media / performance marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of media, performance marketing and integrated campaigns
  • Experience working across multiple specialist agency disciplines and bringing teams together
  • Strong commercial planning and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect campaigns to wider business objectives
  • Excellent senior client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
  • Calm, assured and confident when navigating complex client and agency challenges.
