The role requires strong program management, stakeholder management, change leadership and problem-solving capability in a complex, matrixed environment.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to lead the refinement and implementation of the overall acquisition integration plan, tracking and driving progress against key milestones.

    • Work with Corporate Development to identify a cross-functional team of Integration Workstream Leads across HR, Finance, IT, Commercial, Legal, Quality, and Operations
    • Work with Corporate Development to plan for known risks discovered in the due diligence phase, including a post-diligence readout with the Legal Lead to review risks to be carried into integration
    • Develop and maintain the handover deck documenting the strategy formed by Corporate Development and the Business, bridging the information gap between the diligence and integration teams
  • Plan, budget, and drive the integration

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and drive a high-level, cross-functional integration plan in Smartsheet in support of the overall integration strategy
    • Coordinate with all relevant Functions to create a detailed Integration Budget, and work with Finance to monitor the budget and support report outs to key stakeholders
    • Implement planning and organization strategies to prioritize tasks, determine required actions, develop timelines and milestones, and leverage resources
    • Establish and maintain a governance cadence with Workstream Leads and the executive sponsors, ensuring progress, past-due tasks, and risks are visible and actioned
    • Manage Smartsheet and the Integration Team Space, ensuring decisions and progress are tracked and reported accurately
    • Connect workstreams with dependencies and hold follow-up discussions to verify alignment across the team
    • Establish interim ways of working where a functional integration is delayed (e.g., benefits harmonization, finance system implementation) so operations are not disrupted

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
