About the Company
HEP is a growing education organisation working in partnership with leading universities to deliver high-quality programmes and outstanding student experiences. We’re ambitious, innovative and focused on creating scalable solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for our university partners and learners.
We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Director of Academic Services to play a pivotal role in the next chapter of HEP UK’s growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity to transform Academic Services, shape innovative academic products, strengthen university partnerships and drive outstanding learner outcomes.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary function across academic quality, governance, transformation, programme development and operational performance, while championing AI, technology and scalable ways of working.
