Job Title: Director of Account Management - Telematics
Location: Arden Square, Crewe - in-office 5-days per week
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of Account Management across our Telematics UK business.
This role carries direct accountability for how well we retain and grow our customer portfolio, which has a real and lasting impact on the business. You'll divide your time between leading a team and managing key relationships yourself.
What you'll be doing
- Setting and running the retention and growth strategy for the Telematics UK customer portfolio
- Driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling, and building a pipeline within the existing customer base
- Leading, coaching, and performance-managing your team (50 FTE) against commercial objectives
- Personally managing a set of strategic accounts, including relationships at executive and C-suite level
- Overseeing account reviews, profitability, and reporting on performance and forecasts to the Sales Director
Qualifications
- Has led and developed a team within Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, including setting objectives and managing performance
- Can show results against retention, revenue growth, or commercial performance targets in a previous role
- Has managed strategic B2B customer relationships, including direct contact with senior or C-suite stakeholders
- Can explain how they have applied account growth, customer lifecycle, or retention methodologies to a portfolio of accounts
- Has coordinated work across two or more functions, such as Sales, Operations, or Customer Success, to deliver a shared customer outcome
