Very proud to bring to the market an opportunity for an exceptional property accounting leader to take on a high-profile Director of Accounts role within a leading commercial real estate business.

This is far more than a traditional property accounting position.

I am looking for someone who is energised by change, thrives in complex environments, and has a proven track record of transforming teams, processes, systems, and service delivery.

You will be someone who has successfully led transformation programmes, improved operational performance, embedded new ways of working, and developed high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional outcomes.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact at scale.

The Opportunity

As Director of Accounts, you will provide strategic leadership across a substantial property accounting operation, overseeing financial management for a diverse portfolio of commercial assets on behalf of major institutional investors, landlords, and asset managers.

We're seeking a leader who sees change as an opportunity, not a challenge.

You'll inherit a well-established function with a talented team and strong client relationships, but with significant opportunity to imprint your own leadership style and support the office through their next set of adaptations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
