We're now looking for an exceptional leader to join our Corporate Management Team as Director of Adults, Health & Wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Adult Social Care, Public Health, Housing, Community Safety, Strategic Commissioning, and our Fairer Stockton-on-Tees agenda.
- Play a key role in driving better outcomes for residents, reducing inequalities, and shaping services that support people to live healthy, independent lives.
- Serve as the Statutory Director of Adult Social Care and Caldicott Guardian, helping to shape the future of both the Council and the Borough.

Qualifications and Experience
We're looking for someone with:
- Substantial senior leadership experience in Adult Social Care.
- Strong partnership skills.
- The ambition to lead beyond organizational boundaries.
