Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director of Aircraft Sales & MRO Business Development based in Dubai to support the continued growth of our aircraft sales and aviation services business across the Middle East and Asia. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-connected business aviation professional with a proven track record in aircraft sales, business development, and client relationship management.
The successful candidate will leverage an established network within the business aviation industry to identify opportunities, secure mandates, and promote Comlux's comprehensive portfolio of services, including aircraft sales and acquisitions, aircraft management, cabin completions, cabin upgrades, and MRO solutions.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, in-depth technical understanding of business aviation aircraft, and the ability to build long-term trusted relationships with aircraft owners, operators, family offices, and key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development initiatives to expand Comlux's presence within the business aviation market, with a primary focus on aircraft sales and associated aviation services.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with aircraft owners, operators, brokers, family offices, and industry influencers.
- Identify and pursue aircraft acquisition and sales mandates while generating opportunities across Comlux's broader service portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and operational teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, commercial proposals, and business cases.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and transactions in alignment with company objectives and governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and activity reporting within Salesforce.
- Represent Comlux at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and air shows.
- Travel extensively throughout the region to develop relationships and support business growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business aviation sales, aircraft transactions, aviation services, or a related commercial aviation environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing business opportunities and generating revenue within the business aviation sector.
- Strong network of relationships within the business aviation industry across the Middle East.
- Sound understanding of aircraft sales and acquisitions, business aviation operations, and MRO services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently whilst collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or a related discipline would be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages relevant to the region would be considered an asset.
