The Role

Evotix seeks an experienced Director of Alliances with a proven track record of building successful partner and/or channel programs in organisations with complex software solutions and implementation consulting engagements. Partners include, but are not limited to technology, data and consulting/services partnerships. This position has primary accountability for the definition and execution of the regional partnership program, leading partnership negotiations and serving as the sponsor for partners.

What You'll Do

Partnership Strategy & Growth

  • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of a regional partner program including technology, data, and consulting/services partners.
  • Engage internal Evotix stakeholders and current partners to create a partnership plan and roadmap to pinpoint areas to progress current partnerships, and to identify and acquire additional partnership opportunities.
  • Identify, solidify, cultivate, and build strategic partnerships in support of and direct alignment to Evotix’s strategic and operational goals resulting in increased revenues and profits.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Function as the central point of contact between Evotix and key partners.
  • Lead negotiations with partners that are beneficial to Evotix while developing strong relationships with partners.
  • Ensure partners receive regular and relevant communications from Evotix to support the success of the partnerships.
  • Work with partners to create, manage, and execute on quarterly business goals and review them regularly with partner executive teams and alliances teams.

Partner Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Understand Evotix software and solutions capabilities and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities to partners.
  • Facilitate knowledge share between partners and Evotix teams.
  • Facilitate educational opportunities for Evotix and partner employees to learn about the latest and greatest partner offerings.

Partner Programs & Reporting

  • Working with Evotix’s marketing team, create and implement a partner “portal” to provide partners appropriate and real-time access to Evotix information critical to the success of the partnership.
  • Create a reporting tool and identify metrics and regularly report on progress with partners.

Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure key Evotix stakeholders are kept current on partner activities that may have implications to Evotix, including latest technologies, enhancements, offerings, services, etc., and communicate understanding of how these may benefit or disadvantage Evotix and Evotix customers.

What You Bring

Essential

  • Extensive experience in business development or alliance management roles in software and solutions organisations or similar experience, with a demonstrated sound understanding of working within complex software, technology, and services organisations.
  • Strong ability to maintain a strategic view of how alliances integrate with the business balanced with an exceptional ability to own and execute on tactical objectives, driving projects and programs through cross-functional collaboration at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven experience and demonstrated ability closing opportunities, managing multiple projects, and effectively negotiating deals, supported by exceptional negotiation skills and direct experience in negotiations and deal making with alliance partnerships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage in a matrixed and global work environment, alongside a demonstrated ability and interest in developing, engaging, and motivating employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and delegate in a resource-constrained environment and re-prioritise resources rapidly.
  • Highly effective problem-solving skills and outstanding communication skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for software and ability to understand technical concepts quickly.
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Desirable

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience in a PE-backed, SaaS company.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, scaling organisation.
