Who We Are

Capture One is the world's leading professional imaging software, trusted by the most demanding photographers, studios, and cultural institutions on the planet. From our Copenhagen HQ, we build the tools that shape how the world's most important images are captured, refined, and delivered.

We are scaling our Enterprise business — serving studios, e-commerce content operations, institutions, and imaging service providers — with a dedicated go-to-market motion led by a growing Business Development organization.

The Role

The Director of Enterprise Marketing owns the marketing strategy, plan, and execution for Capture One's Enterprise segment. You are the marketing counterpart to Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Partnerships inside the Business Development organization — accountable for building a repeatable, scalable Enterprise growth engine and positioning of Capture One within the space.

AI is rewriting how Enterprise visual production gets done. You'll define what those workflows look like and make the case for Capture One at the center of them, winning new business and expanding our existing footprint.

You'll turn Enterprise revenue targets into a clear market position, vertical messaging, account-based programs, and partner co-marketing, designing and launching these programs from the ground up. You'll operate independently within the Business Development P&L and collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Marketing team, whose focus is Capture One's 20+ year business with independent professional photographers.

This is the most senior marketing role dedicated to Enterprise and Studios at Capture One.

What You'll Do

Strategy and Planning

  • Build and manage the annual and quarterly Enterprise marketing plan and budget.
  • Set pipeline and marketing-influenced revenue targets aligned with the Business Development plan, and report performance to the executive team.
  • Set the overall Enterprise market activation strategy (trade shows, roadshows, customer summits), define the pipeline objective for each, and partner with the Market Activation managers who own the regional planning and execution.

Product Positioning and Messaging

  • Develop and own Enterprise positioning and vertical messaging for studios, e-commerce content operations, and imaging service providers.
  • Own competitive positioning against Adobe, Evoto, and other Enterprise-relevant competitors.
  • Create and maintain the Enterprise sales enablement library (playbooks, decks, one-pagers, battlecards).
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, who owns the enablement systems and adoption tracking, to operationalize the collateral.
  • Work with Product Management on Enterprise launches, roadmap communication, and win/loss feedback.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
