Who We Are

You've ordered dinner through Just Eat Takeaway. You've bought and sold on OLX. You've paid with PayU. Chances are, you've already used a Prosus company today.

We are Prosus, a global technology company powering some of the world's leading lifestyle ecommerce businesses. Every day, billions of people across India, Latin America, Europe and beyond use our products and services to buy, sell, pay, connect and discover.

Our AI-driven ecosystem spans 100+ companies across ecommerce, food delivery, fintech and experiences, serving billions of consumers worldwide. AI powers how we operate and innovate, with more than 60,000 active AI agents helping our teams build, scale and move faster. Through our investment team, we also back the founders and technologies shaping the future: From robotics and autonomous systems to synthetic biology and frontier AI.

Guided by our five values Innovation, Results, People, Impact, and Entrepreneurship, culture is our competitive advantage. We thrive with experimentation; we build, we test, we learn, we iterate.

Join us in shaping the future of technology at global scale.

Role Overview

Prosus is repositioning itself as one global technology company, not a collection of investments and live experience plays an increasingly important role. The Head of Brand Experience owns how Prosus shows up at some of the world’s most prominent tech events, as well as owning the Prosus Flagship event, Luminate https://www.prosus.com/~/media/Files/P/prosus-corp-v2/documents/luminate-london-2025.pdf. This is the person who turns the brand narrative into something people feel, not just read.

There are two halves to the mandate. Owned platforms that include concept, design, and Prosus’s owned flagship events (Luminate, Forward, The Frontier Club and what comes next) as experiences that carry the brand and hold a room of C-suite leaders, investors, and policymakers. And presence - to decide how and where Prosus turns up at the industry’s events (HumanX, SXSW, RAISE), and make each appearance feel deliberate and distinctly Prosus rather than another logo on a sponsor wall.

The role crosses brand, production, and storytelling. The right person thinks like a brand strategist, plans like a producer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Problem You’ll Solve

Owned Flagship Events

  • Own the experience and creative concept for Prosus’s flagship events — Luminate, Forward, and what comes next - from the idea to the room.
  • Translate the brand platform into a live, physical, sensory expression: format, design, staging, moments, and flow.
  • Hold the bar on audience experience for senior, discerning guests: C-suite, investors, policymakers ensuring the message is clear and relevant.
  • Partner with programming, content, and speaker teams so the experience and the substance reinforce each other.

Presence at External Events

  • Set the strategy for where Prosus shows up: e.g. HumanX, SXSW, RAISE, and, just as importantly, where it doesn’t.
  • Design how Prosus presents itself at those events so it reads as one confident technology company, not a federation of logos.
  • Own the on-the-ground experience: activations, spaces, formats, and the moments that make people remember Prosus was there.

Brand in the Physical World

  • Be the guardian of how the brand lives in three dimensions and the standard for what a Prosus experience looks, feels, and sounds like.
  • Build the toolkit, playbooks, and standards so brand experience is repeatable and consistent, not reinvented each time.
  • Bring the outside in: keep a sharp read on how the best in tech, culture, and luxury are building experiences, and raise Prosus’s game accordingly.

Delivery & Partners

  • Run the producer’s craft: budgets, timelines, vendors, venues, and flawless execution under pressure.
  • Build and lead the agencies, production partners, and freelancers who deliver at scale.
  • Keep global events consistent across markets: Europe, the US, China, Latin America without losing what makes each land locally.

Who You Are

  • Around 10 years in brand experience, experiential marketing, or global events with real depth in technology or a comparably fast-moving, brand-led industry.
  • A track record of owning flagship events end to end, for senior and demanding audiences.
  • Experience shaping how a brand shows up at major industry moments, not just running a booth.
  • Comfort operating globally: has delivered across markets and knows what travels and what doesn’t.

Capabilities

  • Brand instinct: understands that an experience is the brand made physical, and designs every detail to say something.
  • Producer’s rigour: plans meticulously, manages complexity calmly, and delivers flawlessly when it counts.
  • Taste and judgment: knows the difference between expensive and excellent, and where to spend for impact.
  • Audience range: can hold a boardroom of investors and a hall of engineers.
  • Calm under pressure.

Backgrounds We’d Love

  • Brand experience or experiential lead from a technology company, agency, or premium consumer brand.
  • Global events director who has owned flagship, C-suite-facing moments.
  • Creative or experience strategist from an agency who has taken concepts all the way to delivery.
  • Someone from luxury, culture, or hospitality who understands experience as a craft and has moved into tech.

Mindset

  • Owns the room — takes end-to-end responsibility for how it feels, not just whether it runs.
  • Detail-obsessed — believes the small things are the brand.
  • Builder — comfortable creating the standard where none exists yet.
  • Collaborative — works across brand, comms, programming, and product.

Not Required But Valued

  • A network of world-class production partners, venues, and creative talent.
  • Experience with hybrid and digital event formats, not just physical.
  • Design, film, or spatial-design literacy: can brief creative and tell good from mediocre.
  • Experience in an investment, portfolio, or multi-brand environment.
