Director of Brand

London | Hybrid Working

Lead the next chapter of an ambitious consumer brand.

We're partnering with a high-growth consumer business that has built a distinctive brand, passionate customer following, and category-leading reputation. Having achieved significant success in recent years, the business is now entering an exciting new phase of international expansion, retail growth, and category diversification.

As Brand Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping what comes next. This is an opportunity for a commercially-minded creative leader to take ownership of an established brand and evolve it for its next stage of growth, ensuring it remains bold, relevant, and culturally impactful as the business scales.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the CMO, you'll own the brand vision and ensure consistency across every touchpoint, from social and content through to retail, partnerships, campaigns, packaging, and communications.

You'll lead a team spanning Brand, Creative, Communications, and Copy, bringing strategy and execution together to create a powerful, unified brand function. This is not a traditional corporate brand role.

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, embraces calculated risk-taking, and knows how to balance creative ambition with commercial impact. You'll have the freedom to challenge convention, push ideas further, and help shape the future direction of a rapidly growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and evolve the brand strategy, identity, and positioning.
  • Own how the brand shows up across all customer touchpoints and channels.
  • Lead and develop Brand, Creative, Copy, and Communications functions.
  • Build and maintain a clear and compelling brand framework that enables teams to execute consistently.
  • Deliver standout campaigns, partnerships, and brand moments that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure the brand translates effectively across retail environments and physical customer experiences.
  • Drive brand growth across existing and international markets.
  • Establish and monitor brand health metrics, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure brand and commercial objectives remain aligned.
  • Champion exceptional creative standards while maintaining the pace required in a high-growth business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Licensing, partnerships, or collaboration experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
