Business Development Director
£80k - £100k + Uncapped Performance Bonus + Equity Opportunity
Suffolk / East Anglia (UK-wide travel required)

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Director to join their team.
The main purpose of this Business Development Director role is to build a business unit from the ground up, develop their own team!!
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £100k plus Uncapped Performance Bonus + Equity Opportunity depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generate and secure new business opportunities across target sectors
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan
- Identify key decision-makers and develop long-term client relationships
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operational team.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance standards.
- Deliver annual sales targets of £9m-£10m+.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Support acquisitions, mergers, and expansion opportunities where appropriate

The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million-pound sales growth
- Experience building and leading successful teams
- Experience operating at Director, Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or Managing Director level.
- Ability to engage confidently with board-level stakeholders
