Business Development Director

Atyourtime Technology Ltd Location: United Kingdom | Hybrid / Remote
Engagement: Initially equity and performance-based
Function: Business Development & Commercial Growth
Reports to: Founder & CEO

About Atyourtime Technology

Atyourtime Technology is building technology designed around a simple principle: trust should be built into the way businesses operate, transact, and serve their customers.

As the technology arm of Atyourtime Group, we are developing a growing portfolio of B2B technology solutions spanning secure verification, SaaS, enterprise platforms, managed technology services, growth infrastructure, and AI-enabled business tools. Our offering includes:

  • Secure Verification & Tag & Scan Technology – technology supporting verifiable handovers, chain-of-custody, and proof-of-delivery processes.
  • SaaS & White-Label Solutions – configurable technology products for organisations requiring secure, scalable, and sector-specific digital solutions.
  • Enterprise Solution Provisioning – supporting businesses with technology architecture, cloud infrastructure, software delivery, and transformation.
  • Managed Services (MSP) – helping organisations operate and manage technology infrastructure and services.
  • AGE – Atyourtime Growth Engine – our intelligence and commercial growth infrastructure connecting leads, opportunities, partners, campaigns, and commercial outcomes.
  • Atyourtime Studio – our AI-powered Brand Intelligence and Activation Platform for creating, activating, measuring, and continuously improving how organisations engage with their markets.

As these products move towards commercialisation, we are looking for a Business Development Director who can help turn the technology we have built into customers, partnerships, and sustainable revenue.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional corporate sales position. You will be joining Atyourtime Technology at an important stage of its development and will work closely with the Founder & CEO, Marketing, Product, Technology, and other members of the leadership team to build our commercial operation from the ground up.

Your mandate will span the full Atyourtime Technology portfolio, identifying where our solutions solve genuine business problems and developing the relationships and commercial strategies required to take them to market. We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. Someone capable of discussing market positioning with leadership in the morning and opening conversations with prospective customers and partners that afternoon.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will:

  • Own business development and revenue generation across Atyourtime Technology's product and service portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise, SME, and strategic partnership opportunities across relevant sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong, measurable commercial pipeline from prospect through to signed customer.
  • Develop product-specific and sector-specific go-to-market strategies alongside Marketing and Product leadership.
  • Take Studio, AGE, secure verification, SaaS, white-label, MSP, and enterprise technology propositions to market.
  • Build strategic relationships with customers, channel partners, technology partners, introducers, and other commercial organisations.
  • Lead discovery meetings, demonstrations, commercial presentations, and negotiations.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions.
  • Work with Legal and leadership through proposal, contracting, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, target markets, messaging, lead generation, and market intelligence.
  • Use AGE as part of our commercial operating model, ensuring opportunities, relationships, and outcomes contribute to a structured and increasingly intelligent growth engine.
  • Develop repeatable sales processes rather than relying solely on individual relationships.
  • Establish commercial KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline reporting for executive leadership.
  • Represent Atyourtime Technology at relevant industry events, conferences, and commercial discussions.
  • Help shape pricing, packaging, partnerships, and commercial models based on direct market feedback.
  • Recruit and develop commercial capability as the business grows.

What We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who has successfully sold technology, SaaS, enterprise software, managed services, or digital transformation solutions.

You should bring strong commercial judgement alongside the ability to create opportunities rather than simply manage an existing sales pipeline.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A demonstrable track record of B2B technology or SaaS sales.
  • Experience winning and developing enterprise and/or mid-market customers.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
  • Experience operating within a startup, scale-up, or early-stage technology environment.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for new products or propositions.
  • Confidence selling solutions that may require consultative rather than transactional sales.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and commercial communication skills.
  • The ability to work across multiple products and customer segments.
  • Experience developing channel or strategic partnerships would be advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial KPIs.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build rather than inherit.
  • Most importantly, we want someone who sees an early-stage environment as an opportunity to create, rather than waiting for every process, sales playbook, and customer channel to already exist.

Remuneration – Please Read Before Applying

We want to be completely transparent about the structure of this opportunity.

This is not initially a conventional salaried position. Atyourtime Technology is currently in its pre-revenue/early commercialisation stage. The initial remuneration package will therefore comprise:

  • Equity participation in Atyourtime, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to share in the long-term value they help create.
  • A performance-based commission structure linked to qualifying business and revenue successfully generated.
  • Transition to a salaried leadership position as the company reaches the agreed revenue and/or funding position and the role moves into its next stage.

The precise equity, commission, targets, and transition arrangements will be discussed with the successful candidate and documented as part of the engagement.

We are deliberately clear about this because we want to speak with people who are genuinely comfortable joining an early-stage business and helping us build the commercial engine, rather than expecting the infrastructure of an established organisation from day one.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to join at a point where your contribution can materially influence what Atyourtime Technology becomes.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and leadership team, have visibility across the entire technology portfolio, and play a significant role in shaping our commercial strategy.

As the business grows, there is also a clear opportunity for the right person to develop into a broader commercial or revenue leadership position.

If you are excited by the prospect of taking emerging technology propositions to market, building relationships from the ground up, and helping create a significant technology business, we would like to hear from you.
