Job Description

Atyourtime Technology is on a mission to power innovation across sectors through our patented Tag & Scan technology. As the technology arm of the Atyourtime Group, we build secure, scalable, and sector-specific solutions—from white-label SaaS platforms to enterprise tools that elevate trust, transparency, and efficiency.

We are now seeking a Business Development Director to lead the charge in generating revenue across all our product lines. You’ll be responsible for building strategic partnerships, closing new deals, and positioning Atyourtime Technology as the go-to solution for forward-thinking organisations.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across sectors (starting with food delivery, logistics, security, and retail)
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for each solution in collaboration with product leads
  • Build lasting partnerships with enterprise clients, startups, and channel partners
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and pitch opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align lead-gen with product fit
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly report KPIs to executive leadership
  • Negotiate contracts and work with legal and tech teams to support deal closure

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
