IT Solutions & Consulting organisation focused on Digital Technology & Transformation for Enterprise organisations globally, is currently hiring for a UK Regional Sales Director to focus on New Business Development into the Asset & Wealth Management sector.

You will sell their full suite of technology transformation solutions (services and reselling technology) across AI, Cloud, Cyber, Data Analytics & Advisory services into organisations across the Asset & Wealth Management landscape in the UK. You will work on complex, multi-year, multi-layered deals & should be comfortable engaging with C-Level executives in the Financial Services sector.

Skills & Experience Required for the Regional Director of Business Development Role

  • Experience of New Business Development into Asset & Wealth Management/Buy Side (net new logo generation) selling complex IT Solutions including Digital & Technology transformation & managed solutions
  • Domain expertise across Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, Cyber & Advisory primarily selling Advisory and transformation services (as well as reselling relevant technology)
  • Ability to engage with C-Level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs) about their business strategy, large scale technology transformation projects & their vision. You will help them to understand the fast-evolving technology landscape to modernise their business operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strategic, solution-focused sales approach & should be comfortable challenging the customer's status quo where appropriate, working as a true partner to them.
  • Experience of working on large, complex deals (average deal size is £10m)
  • Ability to think independently, creatively & decisively
