This is a full-time role ideally based in the northwest for a Director of Business Development. The successful candidate will oversee and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing lead generation efforts, creating business plans and stategies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with company objectives and meeting key performance metrics. Qualifications

Expertise in New Business Development and experience in identifying growth opportunities Proficiency in Business Planning and developing strategies for expansion Strong skills in Lead Generation and Contract Negotiation Demonstrated success in Account Management and maintaining client relationships Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team Experience in the Facilities Management or Commercial Cleaning industry is a must. Experience in public sector tender writing from start to finish is a must.
