Director of Capital Strategy & Investor Relations

Atyourtime Group

Remote / Flexible | UK

Compensation: Success-Based + Equity | Alternative aligned structures considered

About the Opportunity

Atyourtime Group is entering an important stage of its growth as we prepare for our next funding round and move towards commercial launch and scale across Atyourtime Secured Food Delivery and Atyourtime Technology.

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Director of Capital Strategy & Investor Relations to work directly with the Founder & CEO, CFO and senior leadership team.

This is not intended to be a traditional salaried Investor Relations position. We are looking for someone who can combine capital strategy, investor origination, relationship management and fundraising execution — someone capable of identifying the right potential capital partners, opening credible conversations and helping us manage those relationships through the fundraising journey.

What You Will Do

The role will include:

  • Help shape and execute Atyourtime's fundraising and capital strategy
  • Identify suitable family offices, VCs, strategic investors and other appropriate capital partners
  • Use your existing network and market knowledge to originate relevant investor relationships
  • Make appropriate introductions and help establish initial relationships between Atyourtime and prospective investors
  • Act as a relationship bridge between Atyourtime and prospective investors throughout the engagement process
  • Coordinate investor conversations, meetings, follow-ups and information requests
  • Help position the Atyourtime investment story appropriately for different investor audiences
  • Review and help refine pitch materials, investment information and data-room readiness
  • Maintain a structured investor pipeline and provide visibility of progress to the CEO and CFO
  • Support management through due diligence and progression of investor discussions
  • Work alongside Atyourtime's Finance, Legal and professional advisers as discussions progress towards potential investment
  • Help build longer-term relationships with the investment community beyond the immediate funding round

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who has previously helped businesses raise capital rather than simply advised them on how to do it.

You may come from investment, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, family-office relationships, fundraising advisory or a senior investor-relations background.

We are looking for:

  • A demonstrable network of relevant investors and capital providers
  • Evidence of successful investor introductions and fundraising outcomes
  • Experience working with founders and growth-stage companies
  • Strong understanding of investor expectations and fundraising processes
  • Ability to open doors and develop relationships at senior level
  • Commercial judgement and credibility
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to operate independently while working closely with the leadership team
  • High standards of confidentiality and professional conduct

Technology, SaaS, logistics, infrastructure or marketplace experience would be advantageous

The Mandate

This is intended to be a hands-on capital-origination and investor-relationship role.

We want the successful candidate to help us identify and access appropriate investors, make relevant introductions and remain actively involved in managing those relationships as they develop.

However, the role does not confer authority to independently provide investment advice to prospective investors, approve or issue financial promotions, arrange or execute investment transactions, handle investor money or bind Atyourtime to investment terms.

Any activity falling within the UK regulatory perimeter will be conducted through the appropriate legally compliant route and, where required, with Atyourtime's legal advisers and/or appropriately FCA-authorised parties.

Compensation

We believe that alignment matters, particularly at this stage of the business.

The preferred structure is therefore a combination of:

  • Success-based remuneration + equity participation.

An agreed success fee may be payable in relation to capital successfully introduced and ultimately invested, subject to the individual's agreed mandate, applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Equity participation will be structured in accordance with Atyourtime Group's applicable equity and vesting arrangements.

We are also prepared to consider alternative structures for an exceptional candidate where there is strong alignment between contribution and outcome.

The detailed remuneration and success-fee arrangements will be agreed as part of the appointment and documented appropriately.

Why Atyourtime

This is an opportunity to become closely involved with a founder-led technology group at an important point in its development.

We are not simply looking for a list of investor contacts.

We are looking for someone who can understand the business, identify the right capital partners, open the right doors, build credible relationships and stay engaged throughout the journey.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder & CEO, CFO and senior leadership team and have the opportunity to play a meaningful role in Atyourtime's next stage of growth.
