About 8 Lions

8 Lions Entertainment is a London-based data-led IP studio for the next era of fandom-led entertainment, building and scaling entertainment brands into globally resonant franchises. Powered by a growing YouTube portfolio, the company partners with Tier 1 studios, producers, toy companies, and broadcasters worldwide, on both emerging digital-first properties and established global IP.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Director to lead the day-to-day operation, strategy, and performance reporting of our YouTube, TikTok, and other social media channels portfolio, with a clear focus on growing audiences, engagement, and revenue. You'll build and manage a team of channel managers, work with some of the most iconic properties, and be a key voice within our team and externally with our partners. This is a full-time, remote role for someone based in the UK, with travel to London for team and partner meetings. It suits a creative thinker and hands-on manager who is highly organized, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-moving business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
