Director of Client Delivery & Operations – Market Research
Our client is a boutique, fast-growing consultancy at the intersection of luxury, consumer intelligence, and technology — working with prestigious international brands to understand the affluent and high-net-worth consumer. Their work spans bespoke research and a subscription-based consumer intelligence platform, giving global brands deep insight into affluent consumer behaviour.
They're looking for a Director of Client Delivery & Operations to be the final quality gate on everything they deliver — methodology, analysis, and presentation, across custom and subscription work, quant and qual alike. Their client base and project scope are growing in sophistication, including global brand tracking studies and international HNW research programmes, and this role exists to bring the senior technical oversight and delivery leadership needed to match that ambition.
You'll also play a central role in how the business adopts AI within delivery — genuinely hands-on, not just aware of it — helping capture the efficiency AI and agentic AI can offer while managing the risks with real judgement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
