About the Role

As a Director, Client Delivery at Kibo, you will be responsible for managing Kibo’s relationships with several of its clients. You will help to manage the implementation of Kibo’s products for new clients and help to support clients after the implementation is completed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight on Kibo’s implementation projects, working alongside the client and their system integrator.
  • Provide oversight across the design, build, and test phases of the implementation of Kibo’s Commerce/ Retail (eCommerce and Order Management) applications.
  • Work with the implementation team to ensure that the implementation design and plan align project requirements and client business objectives.
  • Lead technical and business discussions internally and externally to provide guidance regarding how to the project team should configure or extend the Kibo platform.
  • Provide guidance to the project team in project planning, milestones, go-live/solution rollouts, and risk identification/mitigation to ensure deliverables are high quality and timely.
  • Develop and maintain best practices documentation and reusable frameworks to expedite project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Kibo’s products when reported by a client.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in implementation of Commerce/Retail software solutions, with proven track record of delivering projects on time and in budget.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in enterprise Commerce platforms and technologies, including implementation and customization.
  • Deep knowledge of integrating with ERP/Catalog/Inventory and other upstream and downstream systems employed by commerce businesses.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of scalability, maintainability, and security principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of microservices, containerization, and orchestration, with focus on eCommerce applications.
  • Proficiency in hands on software development with experience in Node.JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.JS, GraphQL and Backbone.JS.
  • Experience working on native cloud applications and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, & Azure.
