Director of Client Services
We're looking for a Director of Client Services to lead the agency at creativehub, the creator marketing agency.
You're the person your agency can't promote fast enough.
WHAT WE DO
creativehub grows the revenue of artists and creators. Our AI systems plug into a creator's social accounts, assess the attention they command, and automate the marketing and sales that turn that attention into income: timed product drops, email and SMS list growth, auctions of original work, apparel and merch, and pop-ups. The playbook is strategic and performance marketing, the implementation is automated, and the growth is active. Our clients grow their revenue with us by 165% on average in their first year.
We are AI adopters and techno-optimists. Data and technology inform decision-making; they do not create the vision. Humans are uniquely placed to understand human culture in a way that machines are not, and we believe the AI era will bring a period of unprecedented opportunity for tastemakers.
We operate from studios in Shoreditch, in the heart of London's creative community, with additional production facilities in Düsseldorf and Brooklyn, and a team that genuinely believes great ideas can come from anywhere.
THE ROLE
You'll report directly to the board of directors and lead the agency team: ten Artist Managers, plus a great account handling team. You own the numbers that matter: revenue, new business, retention, and the growth of every client we work with. Our target is that every client doubles their revenue with us in their first year and grows it by a further 50% in their second.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It's ideal for someone who has risen fast in an agency environment and is ready to run something of their own; someone with sharp commercial instincts, a network (or the skills to build one), and a conviction that AI and automation are how modern agencies win. You'll set the strategy, land the marquee clients, ship the new ideas, and build an agency where technology does the admin and your people do the relationships and the magic.
We care about the quality of what you produce more than your years of experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own agency revenue and GMV growth against target
- Win new business and grow revenue from our existing client base
- Own the growth of every client's revenue: 100% in their first year with us, a further 50% in their second
- Own client retention
- Review pitches to build our roster of creators: the accounts with millions of followers that define an agency's reputation
- Ship strategic initiatives and new campaigns at pace, and measure their commercial impact
- Drive the automation of agency admin and project-management workflows, growing revenue per agency headcount
- Lead, develop and hold accountable the agency team: the Artist Managers, account handlers, outreachers and onboarders
- Represent creativehub externally: networking, industry events and the creator community
- Raise our creative and marketing standards to the level of the best standalone agencies in the world

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A fast riser from a marketing, creative, social media or talent agency; promoted quickly, hungry for more
- Complete understanding of performance marketing and conversion rate optimisation
- Long-term brand development and ROI take an equal seat at the table of what we do, so you need to balance both
- Someone who has built their own social media account or audience, and understands creator growth from the inside
- Proven commercial instincts: you've owned or heavily influenced revenue, new business or client growth targets
- Data-driven by default: you want to be measured on GMV, churn and revenue per head
- A natural networker who can open doors and hold their own in a room with major creators
- Genuine excitement about AI and automation as leverage, not a threat
WHAT WE'LL OFFER YOU
- Competitive base salary, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied to agency revenue and client growth
- Share options after twelve months in the role
- A direct reporting line to the board and a genuine seat at the leadership table
- The chance to build and scale an AI-powered agency, not inherit a legacy one
